No nitrates, MSG or Preservatives. Just high quality lean pork ground and spices.

What's the best way to cook it?

There is no best way. It taste great any way you prepare it. Grilled on a BBQ seems to be most popular. Their lean so don’t over cook’em. Check them once they start browning.
